摘要

我國的職業輔導工作，在高職階段常被忽略其重要性，總認為職業輔導是如同與校俱在，學校不需輔導，學生卻應重視；或因升學主義的壓力而較不重視。筆者從高職職業輔導的現況分析，探討職業輔導的功能與重要性及其理論基礎，進而探究落實職校職業輔導的策略，作為建構未來全方位輔導觀與生計發展的諮詢網路之參考。

The importance of vocational counseling for vocational students during their senior high school stage has often been neglected in our country. Vocational counseling has been regarded as affiliated to the school, as if the school needed no counseling work, yet students should be highly attended. Vocational counseling might be less noticed because the students have been under the pressure of focusing on the purpose of entering higher school.
The reporter analyzes the current vocational counseling situation from which in vocational senior high schools, researching the function and importance of vocational counseling, as well as exploring the theoretical basis of it. Following, the reporter sets the policy to carry out the vocational counseling work in vocational senior high schools, as to establish the reference of counseling network for full aspects viewpoint of counseling and the living development in the future.
