機械製圖員專業能力標準之研究

摘要

工程圖是機械領域之共通語言，不論是在產品的研發設計、生產製造及品管銷售等過程，都需要倚賴「工程圖」作為彼此溝通的媒介。職校製圖料是國內產業基礎設計與製圖技術人力培育的搖籃，面對產業生產模式不斷的調整與轉型，製圖員應具備之專業能力，值得深入研究。因此，本研究目的即在於研究從事機械製國工作之人員在製國專業能力上所應具備之能力標準。
為達本研究目的，本研究藉由功能分析法從該職業領域人員導出機械製國人員之「專業能力項目功能樹狀圖」，再是所得之功能樹狀圖進行能力標準分析。研究結果得出，機械機械製圖員必須具有「選用繪圖用具」、「認識圖面基本要素」、「判讀及繪製一般製圖」、「判讀及繪製專業製圖」、「選周圍面複製工具」與「應用電腦軟體」等六項主要功能及其26項模組之能力，經再分析每一項模組，總共獲得表現就準93項、相關知能346項。

Engineering drawing is the communication medium in engineering during the process of research, design, manufacturing, quality control and distribution of products. The drawing departments of industrial vocational high schools have always been the cradles of devisers and draftsmen of domestic industry. Facing the changing production mode, it's worth studying what professional competency is required for the draftsmen to meet the need of the industry. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine what the required professional competency standards of draftsmanship are.
To achieve this purpose, functional analysis was used by the drafting staff to induce the ”functional map” of draftsmen, and then the ”functional map” was used to analyze the competency standards. It's concluded draftsmen required the six main functions (”choosing the drawing tools,” ”recognizing the elements of drawings,” ”read, define, and draw general drawings,” ”read, define, and draw professional drawings,” ”choosing reproduction tools for drawings,” and ”Application of computer software”) and 26 modules. By analyzing each module, 93 performance regulations and 346 related knowledge and techniques were deduced.
