本研究之目的乃在探討我國技術校院學校組織創新。為達研究目的,本研究是以問卷調查法進行,以國內25所技術校院教師,每校發放15份問卷進行調查。共回收335份有效問卷,有效回收率為89.33%。結果發現技術校院學校組織創新依平均數排序為學生學習面、教學與課程面、教師專業發展面與資源支持面。公立學校在資源支持面的行政管理創新、技術實務創新面明顯的高於私立學校。科技大學在學生學習面、教師專業發展面、教學與課程面的創新行為高於技術學院。經由逐步迴歸分析發現學生學習面行政管理創新、學生學習面技術實務創新、教師專業發展面行政管理創新、教學與課程面技術實務創新、資源支持面行政管理創新、資源支持面技術實務創新六個分向度可以預測技術校院學校組織創新成效,可解釋總變異量為84.4%。本研究根據結果提出相關結論與三項建議,以供後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study is to find the current status of school organizational innovation in technical institutes and universities in Taiwan. In order to meet this purpose, this study treated 25 technical institutes and universities in Taiwan as the targets and invited one teacher in each school to distribute 15 questionnaires to the full-time teachers. There were totally 375 questionnaires distributed, and got 335 valid questionnaires. The results indicated that the school organizational innovation in technical institutes and universities (in descending order of mean scores) are student affairs innovation, curriculum and teaching innovation, teacher professional development innovation and applied resource innovation. The public schools are better than private schools in applied resource innovation. The technical universities are better than technical institutes in student affairs innovation, curriculum and teaching innovation, and teacher professional development innovation. Findings from stepwise regression analysis showed that the six variables are useful for prediction of the effectiveness of the innovation and that 84.4 % of the total variance could be accounted for by these six variables.
