供應鏈彈性、資訊科技能力、環境不確定性與組織績效-以定期海運業為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討臺灣地區定期海運業者的供應鏈彈性、資訊科技能力對於其組織績效的影響,以及面對環境的不確定性,在供應鏈彈性對組織績效的表現影響上是否有調節的效果。透過結構方程模式分析,研究結果發現「供應鏈彈性」及「資訊科技能力」對於「組織績效」具有正向的影響,而在調節效果的部分,本研究採用階層迴歸模式,發現「環境不確定性」在供應鏈彈性對組織績效的表現影響上具有顯著的調節效果,顯示企業在不確性越高的環境下,擁有越高的供應鏈彈性其組織績效表現越好。

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of supply chain flexibility, information technology capability, and environmental uncertainty on the organizational performance of liner shipping industry. Based on the results of structural equation modeling (SEM), both supply chain flexibility and information technology capability were found to have a significant and positive effect on organizational performance. A hierarchical regression analysis was employed to verify that environmental uncertainty had positively moderating effect between supply chain flexibility and organizational performance. This implies that in order to achieve the target of organizational performance the companies should establish excellent information technology system and adopt high supply chain flexibility under highly uncertain environment.
