定期海運業知識移轉、服務能力與組織績效關係之研究

摘要


本研究目的在探討臺灣地區定期海運業內知識移轉對於服務能力與組織績效影響之研究。研究方法係透過問卷調查方式,並採用結構方程模式進行分析;問卷回收後的填答對象為119位主管階層以上之填答者,研究結果顯示「知識移轉」對「服務能力」有正向影響,「服務能力」對「組織績效」亦存在正向的影響關係。然而在「知識移轉」對「組織績效」的影響,在本研究中並沒有得到顯著性的驗證支持,由於「服務能力」扮演著完全中介的角色,此結果可得知「知識移轉」可透過「服務能力」間接影響到「組織績效」。此研究結果可提供臺灣地區定期海運業者在履行知識移轉與營運管理之參考。

This study aims to examine the effects of knowledge transfer on service capabilities and organizational performance in the container shipping industry. A structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed and data were collected by survey from 119 supervisors or above who are working for the container shipping companies in Taiwan. The results indicate that knowledge transfer positively affects service capabilities, whereas service capabilities have a positive influence on organizational performance. However, the impact of knowledge transfer on organizational performance is not supported in this study. In particular, service capabilities play a mediating role between knowledge transfer and organizational performance. Finally, practical implications and knowledge transfer suggestions from the research findings for container shipping companies are discussed.
