腦性麻痺的耳醫學治療～病例報告

摘要

本病例為一名8歲男童，於95/05/11初次前來就診，主訴為右瞼肌麻痺，右眼斜視近視，能行走但容易跌倒， 伴有語言溝通障礙，右大拇指無法外展，鮮少流汗，病史為產程缺氧造成肢體右側偏癱之輕度腦性麻痺，此名男童在西醫復健醫療機構做復健多年後，病情進展緩慢，經耳醫學之耳穴貼壓法治療數個月後，斜視近視改善，下肢較有力，不易跌倒，口語表達能力增強，較有主見，溝通能力增強，大拇指可外展，正常排汗，狀況較先前改善很多，已於95/12/08結束治療。

This case is an 8 years old boy, on 05-11-2006 first time came to clinic for medical care. His symptoms are slight right eyelid muscle paralysis, right eye strabismus and myopia, vulnerable to tumble, verbal dysfunction, social retardation, right thumb hardly abduce, rarely sweat, etc. The illness was caused by encephalic hypoxia during birth. The outcome of several years of therapy in the rehabilitation was not good. After the auricular seed treatment for several months, the boy no longer tumble, right thumb abducing well, right eyeball staying close to median, better eyesight, advanced in oral communication, strong minded, much sweating. He made great progress in the treatment. The treatment ended on 12-08-2005.
