Objective: Neurofeedback (NF) training technique has level III: probably efficacious on cognitive functions in traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients based on reviewed. This study was aimed to use neuropsychotherapy model, shorten the training session, and to discuss training effects on executive functions among each client. Methods: The single case design method was used. After taking interview and baseline measure, clients kept original treatment protocols until pretests were done after 1 month. Then they received Will well NF (WWNF) training for 18 times until posttests were done. Eight severe TBI patients were recruited. This study used indices from three levels of evidences to discuss the curative effects, including neuropsychological functions, behavioral, and adaptive level reports. The individual curative effects were discussed, and then the bootstrapping method of a dependent t-test (bootstrapping-t) were used for statistical analysis. Results: There were individual and group curative effects among eight clients in three levels of measures. Conclusion: The study supports WWNF can enhance executive functions in chronic severe TBI patients.
