PACS建置暨HIS、RIS無縫整合與管理研究探討

摘要


近幾年來、由於資訊科技快速的發展,在醫療的行業方面,最顯著的莫過於PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System,影像傳輸儲存系統)在醫療界的普遍應用。澄清醫院利用院內高速的網路環境以及特別引進的影像伺服器(PACS Server)資料庫,再搭配以Client端的影像工作站(Review Station)及特殊的看片軟體(Viewer),來滿足臨床醫師或放射科醫師醫療診斷的需求。而電子病歷(EPR,Electronic Patient Record)推行的推波助瀾,使得PACS似乎更呈現全面化的趨勢;再搭配以HIS(Hospital Information System)、RIS (Radiology Information System)以達到醫療系統電子化、無片化及具有可交換性的特性。 然而,PACS的建置工作不但需要耗費相當大的成本,而且需要大量人力、物力來進行長時間的維護,其他諸如效能部分的調校、與HIS、RIS的整合運用等,在在都需要有相當多的專業知識。本研究主要針對澄清醫院目前的PACS,在建置、管理以及與HIS、RIS的無縫整合運用上的研究,以探討最適當的解決之道。

The most significant phenomenon of the rapid development of IT technology in Medical Care Industry is the widespread adoption of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) in every corner of the world recently. Via the construction of high speed intranet combined with the database of PACS Server and the Medical Image Viewer in Review Station (client), Cheng-Ching Hospital established a Full PACS in the end of 2005 in order to meet the need of medical care and diagnosis. With the trend of EPR (Electronic Patient Record) in Medical Care Industry, the inevitability of PACS becomes more and more solid. Moreover, with the integration between PACS, HIS and RIS, the Utopia of paperless and exchangeability in EPR is promising.
