A Study on the Relevant Effect on Nurses' Acceptable Attitudes and Satisfaction of Using a Discharge Planning Information System

摘要

目的：探討臨床護理人員使用出院準備服務系統接受度及滿意度之相關成效。方法：本研究以DeLone and McLean資訊系統成功模式為基礎，探討護理人員使用出院準備服務系統之資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、滿意度及淨效益等相關影響。採橫斷式相關性研究，以立意取樣方式，以中部某醫學中心護理人員為研究對象，共發放200份問卷，回收份問卷170。研究資料以SPSS 18.0版本統計分析軟體進行資料的描述性與推論性統計分析。結果：研究結果得知平時有使用WORD操作與服務 品質（t=-3.294, p＜0.001）有顯著差異、平時有使用E-mail與資訊品質（t=-2.023, p＜0.05）有顯著差異、平時有使用網頁瀏覽與滿意度及使用度（t=- 2.190, p＜0.05）有顯著差異，工作單位與服務品質（F=2.949, p＜0.05）及滿意度及使用度（F=2.544, p＜0.05）有顯著差異。系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質與整體滿意度（使用度／使用滿意度）都呈現正相關，其中又以淨效益的平均分數最高為4.11分，顯示護理人員對系統產出的工作效能感到滿意。結論： 本研究結果可做為醫院發展出院準備服務資訊系統之改善參考，進而提升照護品質及病人安全。

Purposes: The aim of this study is to explore the relevant effect on nurses' acceptable attitudes and satisfactionis when using discharge planning information system. Methods: In this study, the DeLone and McLean information system success model was used to explore the effects of information quality, system quality, service quality, satisfaction, and net benefits of nurses' use of the discharge planning system. A cross-sectional study design was adopted and purposive sampling was employed. Nursing personnel from a medical center in central Taiwan were recruited as research participants. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 170 were collected. The SPSS18.0 software was utilized for descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. Results: The results found significant differences between routine use of WORD operations and service quality (t=-3.294, p＜0.001), routine Email usage and information quality (t=- 2.023, p＜0.05), routine webpage browsing and satisfaction and degree of usage (t=-2.190, p＜0.05), work unit and service quality (F=2.949, p＜0.05), and routine Internet use and satisfaction and degree of usage (F=2.544, p＜0.05). System quality, information quality, and service quality all showed positive correlation with overall satisfaction (degree of usage/usage satisfaction), of which the mean score for net benefits was the highest at 4.11 points. This data indicated that the nurses were satisfied with the work efficiency when using the system. Conclusions: The results of this study can provide a reference for improving discharge planning systems, thereby increasing care quality and patient safety.
