高峰經驗─根植於此岸的彼岸:談靈性諮商中的自我實現與自我超越

Spiritual Counseling: Peak-Experiences as Brige Over Self-Realization to Self-Transcendence

摘要


本文旨在揭示當代人的靈性病症需要靈性諮商,並致力闡明作為一種靈性療癒的「高峰經驗」其發生之文本與脈絡。全文分七部分,第一部分說明靈性病症的緣起與性質、「我」與「非我世界」分裂之假象;第二部分說明自我實現者的特質、高峰經驗居間扮演之「融合」與「蛻化」功能;第三部分說明人如何透過高峰經驗從「自我實現」到「自我超越」、從有我到無我;第四部份詳細分析高峰經驗複製之可能性,包括高峰經驗之性質、節奏、時機、脈絡、門徑、崩潰點、起修點、醞釀的條件、發生的經過、到產生的效應等各階段細節之說明;第五部分比較無為的靈性療癒,和有為的心理治療之異同;第六部分援引宗教與哲學上之無為經驗、開悟經驗、心流經驗、會心經驗、存有經驗等,與高峰經驗對照異同,以拓寬與加深高峰經驗可能之內涵。最後闡述靈性諮商的療效因子,並提出「印心法」期待新典範的轉移。

Peak-experiences make people change a lot- from self-realization to non-self. Peak-experiences heal the metapathogenesis by ”undoing”. There were 7 parts elaborated in the articles: First, Described the illusions abut ”Being is divisible” and how the illusions make metapathologies. Second, illustrated the characteristics of self-realizers, and core essences of peak-experiences -”being” and ”transcendence” were discussted. Third, illustrated how peak-experiences transform people .from little selves to real Self. Fourth, discussed the context of peak-experiences, including timing, temple, preconditions, and posteffects. Fifth, illustrated the differences among psychotherapy and healing. Sixth, comparing peak-experience among ”undoing-experience”, ”flow-experience”, ”encounter-experience”, ”being-experience”, ”illuminating experience”. Lastly, introduced the therapeutic factors of spirit-healing,and method of” heart-in” was suggested for new paradigm shifting.
