摘要

本研究分別以特質性和狀態性自信心與Weiner（1972）2x2和Weiner（1979）2x2x2歸因理論為基礎。以國立台灣體育大學暨國際知名女子網球好手詹謹瑋為研究對象。以了解該好手自信心程度與歸因情形，以幫助該好手更加了解自己，進而提昇運動場上的成績表現，為本研究動機。其結果如下：（一）平時（特質性）自信心程度為：「7」。（二）當遇到對手比自己「好」或「差」或與自己「相當」的對手時「贏」或「輸」的（狀態性）自信心程度：就「平均」而言，「贏」時的自信心程度為「7」；「輸」時的自信心程度為「6」。（三）「贏」或「輸」的歸因情形（「自己」或「對手」）：就「平均」而言，無論是「贏」或「輸」，均歸因於「自己」的比率是最高的。（四）「贏」或「輸」的歸因情形（「能力」或「努力」或「工作難度」或「運氣」或「情緒」或「其他」）：就「平均」而言，無論在「贏」或「輸」，均歸因於「能力」的比率是最高的。

This study was based on the theoretical concepts of Self-Confidence of Trait and State and those of the Attribution of Weiner(1972)2x2 and Weiner(1979)2x2x2. The subject was Chin-Wei Chan, one of the world's well-known female tennis players studying at National Taiwan Sport University. The main aim of this research was to understand this player's levels of Self-Confidence and circumstances of the Attribution, and to improve the performance of hers. The results showed as follows. (1) The level of her usual (Trait) Self-Confidence was ”7”. (2) When the competitors were better or worse than her, or even almost the same level as her, the levels of the (State) Self-Confidence in the circumstance of winning was ”7” and that of losing was ”6”. (3) In respect of Attribution (”Herself” and ”Competitors”), the percentage of ”Herself” was, in average, the highest in the circumstances of both winning and losing. (4) In respect of Attribution (”Ability”, ”Effort”, ”Hardness of Task”, ”Fortune”, ”Emotion”, or ”Others”), the percentage of ”Ability” was, in average, the highest in the circumstances of both winning and losing.
