數位休閒娛樂類文化創意產業工作職能目錄之建構研究-以架設web 2.0資源共享平台人員為例

摘要


近年來,文化創意產業在政府的大力宣傳與推動下,已逐漸讓全國的人民體驗到此一產業的重要性與發展契機。然而,在此一產業的推動過程之中,實際上仍舊面臨許多問題有待解決,例如許多數位休閒娛樂類文化創意產業的經營者表示,其在人才需求方面非常迫切,但受限於現有技職校院科系所培養出來的人力並無法完全符合其需求,導致其在發展上受限許多。面對此一現況,如何強化技職校院與產業界需求間的連結關係,是在推廣數位休閒娛樂類文化創意產業時所亟需解決的重要問題。當研究者發現此一數位休閒娛樂類文化創意產業發展時所面臨的瓶頸時,發現在國科會科學教育發展處應用科學學門97年的重點徵求計畫中,將工作職能目錄與標準納入主要徵求的研究重點之一。因此,研究者便草擬本計畫以進行數位休閒娛樂類文化創意產業工作職能目錄與標準及其應用之研究,其中,由於數位休閒娛樂類文化創意產業的涵蓋範圍廣泛,故研究者主要以web 2.0資源共享平台為例,運用文獻探討、個案訪談、以及功能分析等方法進行探究,並針對架設web 2.0資源共享平台的專業人員分析出一個關鍵目的、四個主要功能、九個次要功能、三十三個功能單元,本研究建議後續研究者可據此發展架設web 2.0資源共享平台的專業人員的工作職能標準,且亦可依據此一標準發展培訓架設web 2.0資源共享平台的專業人員的技術課程,以藉此確保我國大專校院相關科系所發展的課程、以及所培育的人才,能夠符應數位休閒娛樂類文化創意產業之所需。

In recent, people had more and more chance to experience the importance and value of the cultural & creative industries under the support of the Council for Cultural Affairs, Executive Yuan. However, there were still many problems in promoting the culture & creative industries. For Example, more and more keepers of cultural & creative industries in digital entertainment were mentioning that they had urgent needs in human resources, but the graduates from technical colleges or universities did not meet their needs. Therefore, how to improve the linking relationships between technical colleges or universities and cultural & creative industries in digital entertainment should be put in the first order. Meanwhile, the Department of Science Education, which is affiliated with National Science Council, announced a ”Call for Proposal in 2008” and one of the important issues is developing the functional map and skill standards. In responding to this call for proposal in 2008, the researcher proposed ”A Study of Developing Functional Map, Skill Standards, and Industry-Based Curriculum of Culture & Creative Industries in Digital Entertainment.” Due to the range of the cultural and creative industries in digital entertainment was very huge, so the study focused on taking web 2.0 resources-sharing platform as an example. Literature review, interview, and functional analysis were employed in this study, and a key purpose, 4 main functions, 9 sub functions, and 33 function units were constructed for the professional members in establishing the web 2.0 resources-sharing platform. Due to the study was only focused on developing the functional map, so the further standards and curriculum should also be constructed in developing the human resources for the digital entertainment industry.
