休閒農業和鄉村旅遊精品工程實施研究－以中國廣東省肇慶市為例

肇慶市位於中國廣東省中西部，是粵港澳大灣區城市群之一，被譽為“廣州市的後花園”。肇慶市自然生態環境優美和歷史文化底蘊深厚，擁有豐富的休閒農業和鄉村旅遊資源，近年來，肇慶各縣（市、區）深入貫徹落實鄉村振興戰略要求，以新農村建設為契機，持續提升村容村貌，推動產區變景區，大力發展肇慶市休閒農業和鄉村旅遊精品工程專案。本研究從廣東省肇慶市的休閒農業和鄉村旅遊實際發展情況出發並且整合眾多學者的研究成果，假設影響肇慶休閒農業和鄉村旅遊精品工程實施的主體要素分為五個：政府支持、經濟發展程度、區位條件、管理規模、配套服務設施條件。以此構建了肇慶休閒農業和鄉村旅遊精品工程實施的主體要素理論模型，並在此基礎上進行了問卷調查收集數據。而後使用SPSS22.0版本統計分析軟體來處理和分析收集的數據，經過描述性分析均值對比和因數分析的載荷值比對重新命名因數，得出最後結論，旅遊地的基礎設施、旅遊地的交通便利程度、居住地與旅遊地的文化差異、旅遊地資源、人員素質這五個要素是肇慶休閒農業和鄉村旅遊精品工程成功打造和實施的關鍵要素。

Zhaoqing City is located in the central and western part of Guangdong province, China. It is one of the urban agglomerations in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. It is known as ＂the back garden of Guangzhou＂. Zhaoqing City has beautiful natural ecological environment, profound historical and cultural heritage, and rich leisure agriculture and rural tourism resources. In recent years, Zhaoqing counties (cities, districts) have thoroughly implemented the strategic requirements of rural revitalization, taking the new rural construction as an opportunity, continuously improve the appearance of villages, promote the production areas to become scenic spots, and vigorously develop the excellent projects of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Zhaoqing. Based on the actual development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, and integrating the research results of many scholars, this paper assumes that the main factors affecting the implementation of Zhaoqing leisure agriculture and rural tourism project are divided into five parts: government support, economic development degree, location conditions, management scale, supporting service facilities conditions. On this basis, the theoretical model of the main elements of the implementation of Zhaoqing leisure agriculture and rural tourism quality project is constructed, and on this basis, a questionnaire survey is conducted to collect data. Then, using spss22.0 statistical analysis software to process and analyze the collected data, through descriptive analysis mean comparison and factor analysis load value comparison, renaming factors, the final conclusion is that tourism infrastructure, the degree of transportation convenience, cultural differences between residential and tourist destinations, tourism resources, personnel quality these five elements are Zhaoqing leisure The key elements of the successful construction and implementation of the excellent agricultural and rural tourism projects.
