大專保齡球代表隊選手知覺教練領導行為之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Coach's Leadership Behavior Perception among Collegiate Bowling Athletes

摘要


本研究旨在探討台灣地區大專保齡球教練領導行爲。研究者以台灣地區257名大專保齡球選手爲研究對象,以「大專保齡球教練領導行爲調查量表」爲研究工具,進行問卷調查。本研究之主要發現如下:大專保齡球選手在訓練過程中,對教練實際表現的領導行爲感受程度高低依序爲:正向回饋行爲、訓練行爲、技術指導行爲、關懷行爲、民主行爲;而對參與代表隊的滿意度感受程度高低依序爲:人際關係、教練行爲、個人進展、成績表現。

The purpose of this research study was to analyze the relationship between the different degrees of the coach's leadership behavior. The researcher used various measurements from the 257 college representatives surveyed. This research revealed: According to the perception of college students, their responses to their coach's leadership during the training period could be: Positive response, Training and Guidance, Caring behavior, Democratic behavior. According to their priorities, interpersonal relationship came first, coach's behavior, one's progress and their own performance results following respectively.
