The purpose of this research study was to analyze the relationship between the different degrees of the coach's leadership behavior. The researcher used various measurements from the 257 college representatives surveyed. This research revealed: According to the perception of college students, their responses to their coach's leadership during the training period could be: Positive response, Training and Guidance, Caring behavior, Democratic behavior. According to their priorities, interpersonal relationship came first, coach's behavior, one's progress and their own performance results following respectively.
