田徑運動員心理安全感、心理資本、教練信任感與主觀運動表現之關係

Relationships between Psychological Safety, Psychological Capital, Coach Trust, and Subjective Performance in Track and Field Athletes

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探討田徑運動員心理安全感、心理資本、教練信任感與主觀運動表現之關係。方法:研究採問卷調查法,以臺灣大專校院田徑選手為研究對象,共225位公開組田徑選手(143位男性、82位女性)。結果:田徑選手心理安全感能正向影響心理資本以及教練信任感,並透過心理資本間接正向影響運動表現;田徑選手心理資本能正向影響教練信任感以及運動表現,即當田徑選手之心理安全感程度越高,心理資本以及教練信任感將會提升,而其運動表現也會越佳。結論:根據本研究結果,促進教練、同儕與選手間的良好關係,將能促使選手有高程度的心理資本,以應對訓練階段或是比賽時期所遇到的困難或挫折,如此一來可能對於選手在實際競賽中的成績表現上能有所突破。

Purpose: This study aims to explore the relationship between psychological safety, psychological capital, coach trust, and subjective performance in track and field athletes. Method: The purposive sampling was used to collect 225 track and field athletes (143 males, 82 females) aged between 19 and 22 years from 7 Taiwanese colleges. Results: Psychological safety positively influences psychological capital and coach trust, and the relationship between psychological safety and subjective performance was partially mediated by psychological capital. Meanwhile, psychological capital also positively influences coach trust and subjective performance. These results from track and field athletes indicated that higher psychological safety was associated with increased psychological capital and coach trust, further enhancing subjective performance. Conclusion: According to current findings, Fostering positive relationships among coaches, peers, and athletes could enhance psychological capital for track and field athletes, which in turn, enables athletes to cope with challenges and setbacks encountered in the training and competition, thereby enhancing athletic performance.
