本研究目的在探討高中田徑運動員信任教練、運動成就與賽前焦慮、自信心的關係。方法:採用問卷調查法,以新北市中等學校運動會的高中田徑運動員(男125人、女60人)為研究對象。研究資料分二階段進行蒐集,第一階段在比賽前一週測量運動員的信任教練,第二階段在預賽前測量運動員的賽前焦慮及自信心,運動成就表現則是以是否進入決賽做為判定依據。蒐集資料以皮爾遜積差相關(Pearson product-moment correlation)分析信任教練與認知焦慮、身體焦慮及自信心的關係,再以獨立樣本t檢定(independent sample t-test)檢驗是否進入決賽在前述三個依變項的差異。結果:信任教練和自信心、認知焦慮呈顯著正相關和身體焦慮呈顯著負相關;進入決賽的運動員有明顯較高的自信心以及較低的身體焦慮。結論:高中田徑運動員愈信任教練其自信心、認知焦慮會愈高,而身體焦慮會愈低;進入決賽的運動員有較高的自信心及較低的身體焦慮。本研究結果可以提供教練提升運動員自信心與降低運動員焦慮的參考。
This study examined the relationship between trust in coach, sports achievements, state anxiety, and self-confidence in high school track and field athletes. Methods: We used questionnaires to investigate the high school track and field athletes (125 males and 60 females) at the New Taipei City Secondary School competition. The research data were collected in two phases. We measured the athlete's trust in coach one week before the competition in first phase and measured the athlete's pre-game anxiety and self-confidence before the preliminary in second phase. Sports achievements were based on whether the athletes entered the finals as a criterion. All the data were collected to correlate the relationship between trust in coach and cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence by Pearson product-moment correlation. Then the independent sample t-test were used to test whether the difference between the above three variables was entered at the finals. Results: The result demonstrated that there was a significant positive correlation between trust in coach, self-confidence and cognitive anxiety. On the contrary, there is a significant negative correlation between trust in coach and somatic anxiety. Athletes who enter the finals have a significant difference between somatic anxiety and self-confidence. Conclusion: Athletes had the greater trust in coach, the greater self-confidence, and the lower somatic anxiety. Whereas, athletes who entered the finals had the greater self-confidence and the lower somatic anxiety. The results of this study can provide coaches with references to improve athletes' self-confidence and reduce athletes' anxiety.
