基層橄欖球教練領導行為探討

本文的目的旨在探討研究國內基層橄欖球教練的領導行為、任務跟價值觀、教練與選手間的互動關係，橄欖球基層選手所面臨的問題。本研究以質的研究法，運用訪問調查法，進行研究，以國內實際多年的基層橄欖球運動訓練的教練而言，計有高中6名，國中組6名，共12名教練，作為研究對象，進行訪談。訪談結果分析如下：1.教練的領導行為：教練在訓練時，均會以權威的領導方式，帶領選手。2.教練的行為價值觀：以培養基層選手完善的道德人格發展，為首要任務，其次為運動技術的提昇。3.教練與球員的互動關係：多數屬單項溝通方式。 4 橄欖球基層訓練所面臨的問題：包括選手的來源，選手訓練的前途發展，選手訓練的維持性，教練制度專業的進修。本文依據研究結果，提出具體建議，以供教練學校，作為未來發展基層橄欖球運動之參考。

This is article is aimed to discuss and explore the leadership behavior, tasks and values of the rugby coaches from the basic level school system locally, together with the interaction between coaches and rugby players, along with the problems for basic level players to face.This article is adopted with the qualitative research methodology to engage into the studies. Take the local coaches with actually many years of rugby training; there are 6 high school coaches and 6 junior high school coaches, totally 12 coaches. We make these 12 coaches to act as our research subjects for interview.The interview results are shown as below: 1, The leadership behavior of coach: When coaches perform the training, they will lead the players by means of dictatorship, 2, The values of coach their values are aimed at the cultivation and training for the wholesome personality and character of rugby players; the improvement athletic technique will be just the secondary emphasis. 3. The interaction between coaches and players: most relationships belong to one-way communication. 4. The problems for rugby training of base level: the problems are inclusive of player sources, the career development of the rugby players, the continuative maintenance of player training and the professionally academic enhancement of coach systems.According to the research results, this artic1e is proposed with the concrete suggestions for the reference of coaches and schools in thoughtful considerations of the upcoming rugby sports of basic level systems.
