The purpose of this study was to develop scales of National United University student's learning satisfaction with physical education through a confirmatory factor analysis. Subjects of the study were 245 university students' participants. Procedures in Windows LISREL 8.30 computer program were utilized. The maximum likelihood estimation was adopted. The result 5 factors were instructors' teaching, learning effects, field equipment, teaching administration and peer relationship of 15 items. The distinction latent variable to be consistent with same measure model for the hypothesize model. The measure might provide the future research the measure tool of National United University students learning satisfaction with physical education.
