台灣高速鐵路未來將成為本島重要運輸路線是可預期的。由於未來列車的營運採取多種停站經營方式,使得初始班表的產生成為一項重要的課題,通常一個好的初始班表應該排定許多指派事件用以開出不同停站方式的列車,而這些班表上的列車服務應該滿足沿線的旅運需求預測。因此這一課題不僅涉及隨時間變化的起伏性需求管理,而且還是一個多對多的供需均衡問題。為了解決此一問題,本文以系統模擬方法,在旅次預測需求為基礎下,模擬出不同時間下的各不同到站旅客,藉由累積各停站型列車所搭載的旅客,此一模式可決定何時該指派何型列車出發,如此也就可以產生一個初始班表。在此一研究中,除了完成列車初始班表產生模擬模式之構建,還進行了一些測試(如承載率、政策班距、增停車站降低旅客搭乘意願機率等)以評估不同狀況下列車初始班表內之績效差異。
It is expectable that the Taiwan High Speed Railway will be an important line of transportation in this island. Since the stopping pattern of trains is multi-stops the creation of initial timetable becomes an important issue. Usually, a good initial timetable should be arranged in many dispatching events to start trains running in different pattern of stops. The services of all trains in the timetable should satisfy the prediction of travel demand along the line. Thus the issue is concerned with the management of transient demand generating in different times. It is also a many-to-many problem of equilibrium between demand and supply. To solve these problems, we constructed a model by the approach of system simulation to simulate all passengers arriving at anytime at each station based on the prediction of travel demand. Accumulating all passengers loaded by each stopping pattern of train, the model will decide when and what pattern of train should be started out. Thus an initial timetable can be created. In the study, we finished the construction of simulation model to create the initial timetable. We also proceeded some tests to evaluate the differences of performances in the timetables: for instance, loading factors, policy headway and the affection of adding stops of trains to passengers.
