本研究旨在於從理論探討與實證分析,驗證組織正義、組織信任與組織承諾之因果模式與相互關係,以作為後續研究與實務應用之參考。為達此目的,本研究以改編之「組織正義、組織信任與組織承諾之調查問卷」為研究工具,對台南縣市國民小學教職人員進行問卷調查。本研究採線性關係模式(LISREL)驗證組織正義、組織信任與組織承諾間的因果模式與相互關係,得到結果(一)組織正義各構面對組織信任及組織承諾各構面皆有正向的顯著影響關係;(二)學校信任對學校承諾、主管信任對主管承諾及同事信任對同事承諾皆有正向的顯著影響關係;(三)組織信任各構面在組織正義各構面對組織承諾各構面的影響上皆有顯著的中介影響效果。最後根據研究結論提出建議。
This research purport lies in proving the cause and effect way and interrelation of organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational commitment from probing into the theory with real example analysis, in order to be used as the follow-up study and practice. In order to reach this purpose, this research carries on questionnaire investigation to the teaching and administrative staff of national primary school in Tainan by adapting the ”organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational commitment questionnaire” as the studies tools. This research proves the cause and effect way and interrelation of the organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational commitment by linear structural relation (LISREL), and receives the results that, (1) Each all constructs of organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational commitment has the relations of influencing; (2) The school trust to the school commitment, the supervisor trust to the supervisor commitment and the co-worker trust to the co-worker commitment have the relations of influencing; (3) Each all constructs of organizational trust in each all constructs of organizational justice to each all constructs of organizational commitment has the relations of intermediary influencing. Put forward the suggestion according to the conclusion of studying finally.
