幼稚園消費者行為分析－以台南巿為例

摘要

『十年樹木，百年樹人』，而幼兒教育是一切教育之基礎，且於現今社會益形重要。幼兒教育產業屬內需型產業，無法藉由進口或運輸轉送而逹成供需兩地遠距離之交易，故區域性研究調查有其不可或缺的必要性；同時，選擇幼稚園的決策者並非消費者（亦即幼稚園園生）本身，而是其家長。故對幼兒教育產業的研究，家長的特質分析更為其重點。因此，本研究參考相關文獻，自行發展『幼兒教育需求評估問卷』前測問卷。並隨機抽取前測對象，進行二次前測，建立問卷信度。經前測問卷結果刪除無效問項後，建立『幼兒教育需求評估問卷』正式問卷，作為本研究衡量工具，對台南巿家長選擇幼稚園的決策過程與消費行為做一調查，藉以了解台南巿幼兒教育產業現況及園生家長幼稚園選擇之消費行為。本問卷經二次前測驗證，重測信度為0.830754，顯示問卷具內部一致性。正式問卷採分層隨機抽樣，隨機抽選台南巿515位幼稚園園生家長進行問卷調查，有效回收問卷307份，有效回收率為74%。本文同時對幼稚園園生家長幼稚園選擇考量變項進行因素分析，並對台南巿幼稚園園生家長進行集群分析，同時針對各群園生家長特質進行探討。期翼藉由本文調查結果，提供相關決策單位作為政策制定之依據；及相關產業營運規劃之參考；並作為日後家長選擇幼稚園之參酌。

It's test along time to accomplish in education. Nowadays, early childhood education comes more important. It is an internal industry, so we can not acquaint with it by surveying abroad research. Base on it, this study surveyed the state of early childhood education in Taiwan issue.The test-retest reliability is 0.830754 in this research and it shows high internal consistency. The objects were parted in three clusters by cluster analysis in this study. In the cluster one, the members have high salary and they attach great importance to quality of teaching in a kindergarten. In the cluster two, the members have low salary and they attach importance to a kindergarten's location. In the cluster three, the members are eclectic.
