公部門退休人員,其退休後的生涯規畫,政府若能有效輔導與獎勵導入公部門人力運用行列。除了可提供退休人員繼續貢獻心力的社會條件,這種積極性的作為有助於促進社會發展。本研究旨在探討高雄市政府公務員退休後情形,以作為志工行為之因應作為。本研究進行抽樣調查以高雄市退休公務員為研究的目標母群體,採問卷調查法,並以描述性分析、變異數分析及迴歸分析等方法進行分析研究,本研究結果顯示,受測者會受到受測者會受其對組織態度、知覺行為控制之影響及主觀規範影響而投入志工行列,以形成公益重於私利之社會風氣或公益壓力,應有助於提升志工參與績效。本研究可提供給公部門人員或民間企業退休後從事志工行為之參考。
This study aims to investigate the circumstances of retired civil servants of Kaohsiung City Government and the results can be served as actions to the behaviors of volunteers. Questionnaires to the retired civil servants of Kaohsiung City Government were collected for the present study and the collected data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis. The main findings are as follows. First, partially significant differences are found in the 15 subjects of volunteers' involvement motivation for the retired civil servants. Groups are categorized according to volunteers' sex, age, education, annual income and whether their children live independently or not and the seven of its average is tested. Second, the predictive force of volunteers' attitudes towards volunteers' behaviors is significant. Third, perceived behavioral control of volunteers has significant predictive power on volunteers' behaviors.
