本文旨在探究學生家長知覺學校教育品質之滿意度,希冀透過學生家長對學校教育品質滿意度之調查結果,提供學校單位辦學方針之參考,進而能積極有效的擇定相關教育措施,進行教育品質改善運動。茲將本研究結果摘述如下: 一、學生家長知覺學校教育品質滿意度四個層面之平均數均高於4.00分以上,在五點量表中尚佳。 二、家長教育程度不同知覺學校教育品質之滿意度上有顯著差異存在,其中高中及專科程度家長之滿意度得分高於研究所以上家長之滿意度。 三、家長知覺學校教育品質滿意度中「師資素質」、「環境設施」、「行政管理」、「課程教學」四個層面間有顯著相關存在,相關係數介於.402至.744之間。 四、學校教育品質滿意度中「行政管理」、「師資素質」、「環境設施」層面對「課程教學」層面有顯著預測力,總解釋力為60.8%。
The purpose of this study is to explore parents' satisfaction with school educational quality. By investigating the parents' satisfaction with school educational quality, some implications for elementary schools' practice are suggested to help schools choose effective educational measures to advance the movement toward quality educational improvement. The conclusions ate as follows: 1. The average score of parents' perception of 4 dimensions of school educational quality was above 4.00, which appears to be good on a 5-point scale. 2. Parents with different education levels perceive school educational quality in significantly different ways. Satisfaction among parents with senior high school level or college level education was higher than parents who had university degrees. 3. The parents' perception of 4 dimensions of educational quality, teachers' quality, environment and facilities, administration, curriculum and teaching, correlate significantly with each other. The correlation coefficients were between .402 and .744. 4. Administration, teacher quality, environment and facilities predict curriculum and teaching significantly with 60.8% of total variance.
