攜手計畫課後扶助方案執行成效之研究-以高雄市國小組訪視資料為例

A study on the Implementation Efficiency of Hand-in-hand after School Support Plan-Using the Interview Results of a Kaohsiung City Elementary School, as an Example

摘要


本研究目的在探討攜手計畫課後扶助方案的執行成效,透過內容分析和文件分析等方法針對本方案的執行優點、特色和待改進事項進行分析。結果發現「行政與管理」的優點以師資延聘表現最佳;「教學」的優點以教師教學策略的運用最受肯定;「學習評量與進步檢核」的優點則以學生的檢核紀錄最為落實。至於本方案的執行特色計有:重視課後學習時段的校園安全;透過多元的教學策略引起學生學習興趣;結合校內外資源形成推動的支持系統等三項。在待改進部分,則包括了:個別化學習方案的規劃與實施有待加強;學生學習檔案功能的發揮明顯不足、以及教材研發比例偏低仍有配合原班進度使用坊間測驗卷的情形等三個層面。最後本研究根據研究發現提出三項結論,並進一步提出五點建議。

The main objective of this research was to investigate implementation of an effective Hand-in-hand after school support plan, through content analysis and the document analysis research method, the implementation advantages, feature s and items to be improved of this project are analyzed. It was found that as regards the advantage of "administration and management", hiring teaching staff is best; concerning the advantage of "teaching", application of teaching strategy by the teacher is the most highly recognized; with reference to the advantage of the "Learning Assessment and Progress Checklist", the student's checklist record is the one that is most fully implemented. The implementation features of this project include: Emphasis on campus safety during the after-school learning time period, triggering of student's interest using a multi-element teaching strategy and the association of resources on and off campus to form a support system for the promotional activity. As to items to be improved, these include: Reinforcement of individualized instruction planning and implementation, exploitation of the student's learning file function, which is obviously insufficient, and the fixed test questionnaire found in the market, which is still used due to a low proportion of materials research. Finally, the study proposes three conclusions based on research findings and further proposes five suggestions.
