藝術媒材介入治療團體對單親青少年創傷心理復原歷程研究

Study on The Recovery Process of Traumatic Psychology among Single-parent Teenagers by Art Media Interventional Therapy Group

摘要


表達性藝術運用於治療中已經行之有年,團體中的應用更是不虞匱乏,台灣已有不少此類發表研究。但運用於單親青少年的團體治療之相關研究甚少。研究者透過八位國二之女性單親青少年進行八次表達性藝術團體治療。本文主要探究表達性藝術團體治療對八位女性單親青少年創傷壓力症候群之成效與應用,透過實際的團體帶領過程,經歷團體歷程階段之動力,引導成員自我覺察並相互學習與支持,形成之團體動力與個人心理動力,經團體進行後分析,研究發現:1.藝術媒材介入團體治療,能引導創傷心理之青少年覺察內在情緒並達到情緒宣洩;2.透過藝術治療之作品能衡鑒個案每次歷程內在心理的轉化狀況。因此,希望本研究可供實務工作者與專家學家作為實務工作以及研究之參考依據。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect and application of expressive arts group therapy in 8 female single parent adolescents with traumatic stress disorder. Through the actual group leading process to experience the motivation of the group process stage, guide members to aware themselves and mutual learning and support, form the group motivation and individual psychological motivation. Through group analysis, the intervention of art media in group therapy can lead adolescents with traumatic psychology to aware their inner emotions and achieve emotional catharsis. Besides, through the works of art therapy, the psychological transformation of each individual case can be evaluated. Therefore, this study can be used as a reference for practitioners and experts in practice and research.
