長老、文化傳承與原住民族幼兒教育

摘要


本文主要的目的在於探討部落長老在文化傳承的意義,部落長老進入幼兒教室的必要性,幼兒教師與長老兩者間的角色定位。藉由長老們豐富的族語與文化知識能力,能夠及早讓原住民族幼兒奠定族群與文化認同的基礎。本文嘗試建立教師與長老之間的一種合作教學模式,經由「入內」和「向外」兩種方式,讓族群文化得以傳承。在此教學過程中,教師與長老彼此分享成長,共同提升幼兒的學習效果。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the important meaning of tribal elders in the cultural heritage, and necessity of their entering early childhood classroom, and clarifying the role between preschool teachers and tribal elders. It wishes to form the basis of ethnic and cultural identity of indigenous young children early by elders' ability of cultural knowledge and indigenous language. This article attempts to establish a cooperative teaching model between teachers and elders, through two methods of "inside" and "outside", so that ethnic culture can be passed on. In this teaching process, teachers and elders share growth with each other, and jointly enhance children's learning effects.
