The purpose of this paper is to explore the important meaning of tribal elders in the cultural heritage, and necessity of their entering early childhood classroom, and clarifying the role between preschool teachers and tribal elders. It wishes to form the basis of ethnic and cultural identity of indigenous young children early by elders' ability of cultural knowledge and indigenous language. This article attempts to establish a cooperative teaching model between teachers and elders, through two methods of "inside" and "outside", so that ethnic culture can be passed on. In this teaching process, teachers and elders share growth with each other, and jointly enhance children's learning effects.
