大學生數位學習班級氣氛對學習滿意度之相關研究

摘要

數位學習的學習環境是可以讓學習者在無空間、時間與教材的限制下與社會及他人合作互動，並且提供許多學習上可資應用的資源，因此這樣彈性的學習環境下，大學生在數位學習時修課班級氣氛對學習滿意度覺知態度關係之探討為本研究的主要研究目的。本研究主要採用問卷調查法，研究工具為研究者自編之大學生數位學習班級氣氛量表，其中班級氣氛量表包括同儕支持、教師支持、班級凝聚力等三個層面，並且包括學習滿意度。資料分析策略主要是為結構方程模式，進行測量模式與結構模式等適配程度分析。研究對象為南部某綜合型大學大學一年級至四年級以及碩士班研究生共457份樣本。統計分析顯示，量表的假設因素構念之測量模式檢定具有合理的適配程度，結構模式的檢定結果除模式具合理適配程度外，所有的研究假設均獲得支持。研究結果顯示大學生在數位學習的環境中，同儕支持與教師支持的高低會正向影響班級凝聚力，而班級凝聚力的高低則是會正向影響大學生在數位學習環境中的學習滿意度。期待本研究所編製之大學生數位學習環境班級氣氛量表可以提供相關研究收集數位學習環境下探討相關因素中運用，研究結論可以提供大學生數位學習環境安排與相關研究參考。

The learning environment of digital learning is meant for the learners to interact with society and others without the limitation of space, time, nor teaching materials, and to provide usable resources on learning. Under this flexible learning environment, exploring the correlation of classroom climate and learning satisfaction is the main purpose of this study. Our research mainly adopts questionnaire surveying, using tools including self constructed survey of measuring classroom climate for college students, in which includes pals support, teacher support, classroom cohesion and learning satisfaction. Data analyzing adopts SEM to process goodness of fit analysis on management model and structural models. Research subjects are college students from first grade to fourth grade and graduate students, totaling 457 samples. The statistics results show that the assumptions of scale measure model matches reasonably, structure model also matches reasonably. In conclusion, all research assumptions are supported. Research results show that in digital environments, classmate support and teacher support positively influences classroom cohesion, and classroom cohesion positively influences college student's the level of learning satisfaction of college students, in the digital environment. We hope that our research construction on college students' classroom climate scale can be provided to related research for collecting related factors under the digital learning environment for use.
