探討公共衛生資訊系統使用行為之實證研究－以台灣中南部雲嘉地區之糖尿病共同照護系統為例

摘要

本研究以「計畫行為理論」為基礎建立研究概念架構，配合實證調查研究，以台灣中南部雲嘉地區衛生行政機關所屬之公共衛生人員共260名為研究對象，進行「公共衛生資訊系統」使用行為之研究調查，共計回收有效問卷252份，回收率為96.9%。經以SPSS 18.0統計軟體分析後，結果發現影響公共衛生人員接受該系統使用意願之因素有：使用者滿意度、認知有用性、工作負荷的壓力、同儕影響、上級影響、電腦自我效能、主觀規範、態度、自覺行為控制等九項關鍵因素。顯示衛生行政機關在鼓勵公共衛生護理人員使用「公共衛生資訊系統」提升疾病照護品質的過程當中，除了給予支持環境、增強正向滿意度、態度、自我效能外，應該了解公共衛生人員的工作負荷的壓力及其相關因素，易影響其對系統使用之意願。

In this empirical study, ”Theory of Planned Behavior” was modified and applied to construct the conceptual framework. The survey research also based upon a similar geographical area, aging population, medical resources, social structure and agricultural counties, then a total of 260 questionnaires were administered in central Taiwan. The effective response rate was 96.69% with a sum of 252 respondents. The statistical results indicated that nine significant factors influencing the behavior includes user satisfaction, perceived usefulness, peer influence, superior influence, stress of workload, computer self-efficacy, attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control. Moreover, the stress of workload was statistically significant.
