In this study, researchers attempted to understand the types, frequency, and influences of enterprise business risks in hot spring hotel industry. Meanwhile, it was to explore whether there exist significant differences between different employee characteristics. Questionnaire survey was used to collect data, 417 valid questionnaires were obtained and valid rate was 72.40%, from managers of hot spring hotels and the participants were selected by proportional allocation sampling and quota sampling in this study. The quantitative analysis of the questionnaires was conducted through descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows:There were eight enterprise business risk types, including responsible risk, human resource risk, financial risk, operational risk, organizational and strategic risk, policy and legal risk, industrial risk, and disaster risk. Disaster risk was the highest influence and responsible risk was the lowest on business. In addition, Disaster risk, responsible risk and industrial risk were top 3 on the frequency of risk. Difference in manager's age, educational level, department, and job position were found significant differences on influence of enterprise business risks.
