溫泉遊憩區服務品質與行為意向之研究

臺灣溫泉資源相當多樣而豐富，有利於溫泉休閒活動的開發與利用，金山青年活動中心地處大屯地熱帶，是東南亞最具規模之溫泉健身館，也是救國團所屬面積最大，具有設施完善的溫泉健身館。本研究目的探討金山青年活動中心溫泉館遊客之服務品質與行為意向之現況與差異情形，研究方法使用問卷調查法採便利抽樣方式，共計發放問卷為500 份，正式回收問卷為456 份，回收率達91%。分析方法採用描述性分析、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關。研究結果顯示不同背景變項的遊客在服務品質與行為意向有部分顯著差異。研究結論遊客對於服務品質部分滿意程度高，但要加強遊客的行為意向。

Taiwan is rich for hot spring resources, and it is very good for spa and leisure activities, Jinshan Youth Activity Center is located in Datun to the tropics, is the largest in southeast Asia spa gym, The purpose of this study is investigate the different background in the Hot Springs recreation area service quality and Behavior Intention -Jinshan Youth Activity Center hot spring area as an example. Research methods was using questionnaires in convenience sampling, there were total of 500 parts of questionnaires, official questionnaires to 456 recovery rate of 91%. Research method were used in descriptive analysis, independent sample T test, one-way analysis of variance, person's product moment of coefficient correlation. The results showed visitors in different background variables in service quality, Behavior Intention had some significant differences. In conclusions, tourists were satisfied in high service quality but need do more effort in tourist behavior intention.
