健走活動志工訓練執行與學習成效之研究

A Study of Training Executive and Learning Effect for Walking Activity Volunteers

摘要


本研究目的在探討健走活動志工參與健走運動服務後實際體驗,並對訓練執行與學習成效觀感進行分析。本研究於2007年11月11日中華健康生活與運動協會在中山足球場活力廣場所舉辦「全民健走日,快樂臺灣向前行」,針對健走活動志工作為調查對象,並以「健走活動志工訓練成效與學習成效量表」為研究工具,運用普查方式進行問卷調查。根據調查所得資料分析方法,以描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定分析、相關分析與單因子多變量分析。根據研究結果發現:一、由於體育志工年齡界定需年滿18歲,此乃成年志工人數多於未成年志工的主要因素,志工大部份以提供場地支援服務為主要工作項目,因此志工認為接受訓練是有必要性,並由主辦單位主動舉辦健走活動志工之工作說明會。二、不同性別在訓練執行成效與學習成效呈現無顯著差異性。三、在訓練執行成效與學習成效之間呈現顯著高度正相關。四、志工每月可支配金額達到顯著交互作用,在30,001元~35,000元志工執行成效重視程度高於10,001元~15,000元。對健走活動訓練執行與學習成效整體而言,健走舉辦為短期性的活動,志工參與的教育程度皆以大學畢業為主,但志工每月可支配金額在30,001元~35,000元者執行成效比較重視,並在參與志工工作態度與激勵個人潛能兩項是健走活動志工最滿意;建議主辦單位未來執行健走活動志工時應提供訓練教材,使健走活動志工在服務時,更能發揮專業及肯定自己服務的價值。

The purpose of the study was to understand the viewpoints of walking activity volunteers about volunteer executive and learning effect after their services. It used qualitative method, The Chinese Health Life & Sports Association held on 1111 Happy walking activity in Taipei Zhongshan Football stadium on November 11 in 2007, using ”questionnaires of executive and learning effect for walking activity volunteers” to gather data and analysis. The results were expressed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test analysis, correlation analysis and One-way MANOVA, α=0.05. In accordance with the results indicated: 1. As was required, a volunteer had to be over 18 years old that the majority of them were college graduate, who mostly regarded their services should mainly be contributed to the logistics on the campaign site, that the preliminary training sessions were necessary. 2. Under t-test analysis, there is no significant difference between the genders and the effects. 3. Pearson Correlation Coefficients were utilized, which demonstrated that the relationship between the training sessions and the learning effects remained significantly positive. 4. All variances operated by One-Way MANOVA in the area of the learning effect indicated that monthly income in ”plan design” had significant interactions. The higher income between 30,001~35,000 volunteers had better performance than the lower between 10,001~15,000 volunteers. The volunteers were most satisfied with the staff's attitude and how the training sessions may generate one's potential. The study suggested that the association should analyze the volunteers' requirements, design the training materials, and strengthen the system for similar events in the future, so as to offer opportunities for the volunteers to develop their professionalism and be self-affirmative of their personal values
