研究目的:旨在檢驗國中體育教師教育訓練動機在組織環境與教育訓練轉移成效間之中介效果。研究方法:採問卷調查,參與者為全國北中南東各區之1,021位國中體育教師,以教育訓練動機量表、組織環境量表與教育訓練轉移成效量表進行施測,所得資料以多元階層迴歸與Sobel test進行分析。研究發現:在組織環境預測教育訓練轉移成效的路徑中,當教育訓練動機進入第二階層的模式後,組織環境之Beta值明顯下降,進一步以Sobel test檢驗後,確認了教育訓練動機的中介效果。結論:體育教師參與教育訓練動機,確實在組織環境與教育訓練轉移成效的線性關係上,存在著中介效果,建議未來研究可針對缺乏動機的體育教師加以探究。
Purpose: We examined the mediating effect of educational training motivation on organizational environment and transfer effectiveness related to physical education (PE) teachers in junior high schools. Method: Participants included 1,021 junior high school PE teachers. The measurement instruments were the educational training motivation scale, the organizational environment scale, and the transfer effectiveness scale. We used multiple hierarchical regression analysis and the Sobel test to analyze the collected data. Result: The Beta value of the organizational environment decreased significantly after the educational training motivation entered the second model in predicting the organizational environment for transfer effectiveness. We confirmed the mediating effect of educational training motivation with further examination using the Sobel test. Conclusion: The motivation of PE teachers played a significant mediating role in the linear relationship between organizational environment and transfer effectiveness. We suggest that future studies focus on the amotivation of PE teachers.
