The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between identification and involvement of evaluation program of teachers and the moderating effects of teachers’proactive personality. We used questionnaires to do the research. The sample was composed of 400 teachers in elementary school. The result revealed that 1.Teacher’s identification to the teachers’evaluation was positively related to the evaluation involvement. 2.The procative personality moderated the relationship between the identification and involvement to the evaluation. 3. Teacher’s procative personality was positively related to the job evolvement.
