創意文化產業在西方國家推展是近十年間的事,各個國家也意識到文化產業化所帶來的可觀經濟利益,甚至佔各個國家的經濟生產額的大宗。所以,結合舊建築的文化特質,發展創意文化產業,已是各個國家積極的產業推展要項。我國在行政院的施政政策發展也開始納入此項重要產業發展。本文即討論在此政策下,結合舊建築或城市閒置空間的再利用,重新發展建築新使用的可能,導入文化產業的發展,文建會近幾年的推動成果,以及其他政府部門所推動的地方產業與城市閒置空間的再利用計畫,兩相結合的再生發展概念,將城市閒置空間幾年來僅有單一的藝文發展現象,找到新的出路情形,可預見未來臺灣城市閒置空間與創意文化產業間將會是良好的連結發展。
It is a near thing during the decade that the cultural industry of the originality is promoted in the western countries, each country realizes the considerable economic benefits brought in cultural industrialization too, it was large that the economy that even accounts for each country produced volume. So, it's already the positive promoted industry in each country to combine the cultural speciality of the old buildings and develop the cultural industry of originality. The administrative policy development in The Executive Yuan of our country begins to include this important industry development too. This text discusses the possibility of introducing into the development of the cultural industry by newly regeneration plan in buildings that combines the usages of the old buildings or the unused space in city under this policy. The regeneration concepts linkage between the achievement of Council for Cultural Affairs of R.O.C in recent years and other government department's promotion plans of local industries and unused city space has made the new outlet be found for the artistic and cultural development phenomenon of unused city space in the past few years. There will be a good linking and developing between the unused city space of Taiwan and cultural industry of the originality in the foreseeable future.
