都市發展過程中矛盾問題之探討

摘要

經濟快速成長，在都市化與現代化的過程中，將導致都市環境的破壞。目前都市成長管理，存在四大矛盾：一是環保與經濟發展的矛盾，二是都市化快速成長與水土資源短缺的矛盾，三是都市土地使用與基礎設施投資之間的矛盾，四是都市建設模式化缺乏特色。在都市成長管理過程中，需要瞭解上述四大矛盾，進而加強城鄉規劃、建立制度、保護資源，循序進行基礎設施的建設，建立一個美麗、生態、永續發展的都市。

Owing to rapid economic growth, urbanization and modernizationt causes the destruction of urban environment. There exits four contradictions in the urban growth management: environmental protection and economic growth. rapid urban growth and shortage of soil and water, urban land utility and infrastructure investment and modelization of urban construction. We must know the four contradictions to enhance urban planning, establish construction system, protect resources, construct infrastructure to build a beautiful, ecological, sustainable city.
