摘要


以廈門市仙嶽路主線橋L8聯鋼箱梁頂推施工為背景,研究頂推施工過程中局部結構受力特性。針對頂推過程中的鋼箱梁主梁腹板局部穩定問題進行計算分析並提出調整措施;通過頂推時全過程分析選出頂推過程中滑道梁出現的最大支反力,並結合調整措施後的工程實際情況,采用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對鋼箱梁臨時墩上墩頂滑移支點及與滑道梁接觸處的受力狀況進行力學分析,為鋼箱梁頂推施工提供技術支持,確保施工的順利進行。

This paper introduces the research method of mechanical properties of local structure of L8 steel box girder of Xianyue road main bridge in Xiamen. The local stability of the main girder web of the steel box girder in the process of jacking is analyzed and the adjustment measures are put forward. Through the analysis of the whole process of jacking, the maximum reaction force of the slideway beam in the process of jacking is selected, and combined with the actual situation of the project after the adjustment measures, ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the mechanical state of the sliding fulcrum on the top of the temporary pier of steel box girder and the contact with the slideway girder, and to analyze the local structural stress of the guide beam when it is 50m overhanging. It provides technical support for the jacking construction of steel box girder and ensures the smooth construction.
