本研究旨在探討e-learning、知識管理與創新成效的關連性。研究者首先整理出相關文獻,建構e-learning的學習功能模式、知識管理活動與創新成效的架構,發展三種量表並建立六項基本假設;其次,以不同產業之組織部門為實證對象,經由問卷發放進行調查,共獲得155份有效樣本。研究發現組織部門於使用e-learning學習後,在知識管理活動上與產品、程序與服務之創新上有正向影響,並且e-learning在對創新成效的影響上,知識管理扮演中介的角色。
This study aims to explore the relationship of e-learning, knowledge management, and innovation effects. First, the authors reviewed the related literature, set up the framework of e-learning learning functions, knowledge management activities, and innovation effects, developed three kinds inventories and construct six basic proposition. Secondly, the researchers implemented an empirical survey for 155 different departments of different industries. The conclusion of this study showed that departments could increase knowledge management activities and innovation effects by using e-learning system, and the knowledge management activities play intervening role when e-learning influence innovation effects.
