This research is meant to discuss how the experience of leading students' associations influences socialization process of university students. Information of this research is collected by individual interviewers for analyzing. According to consequence, the experience of leading associations has positive impacts on university students' socialization. There are five aspects influenced by the experience of leading students' associations, such as development of character, talent, philosophy, sociability, and potential. Regarding the development of character, the experience of leading students' associations is helpful to promoting superior personality, behaving sympathetically, expanding prosocial behavior, leading by personal example, and being others' good example. Regarding to the development of talent, the experience of leading students' associations helps students with mature in promoting wisdom and ability. As regards philosophy, the experience of leading students' associations is profitable to cultivating optimistic and self-confident attitude and positive philosophy. As regards sociability, the experience of leading students' associations helps establish harmonious and trust relationship of group. In regard to potential development, the experience of leading student' associations is beneficial for displaying potentials and expanding the ability of innovation.
