Community college is a segment of the knowledge education industry. Community colleges and general colleges or cram schools have many differences, therefore we have to explore the contents of knowledge resources and administration performance. According to literature reviews and investigation, this study presents the contents of knowledge resources for the knowledge education industry. Furthermore the knowledge education industry network consists of interpersonal networks and professional networks. Adopting social relationship inspection methods, I evaluated the four kinds of Community college managers and their network statuses: leaders, researchers, intermediaries, and followers. Network status is utilized for judging administration performance. Following the findings of this research should improve the practices of the knowledge education industry and academic effort.
