In the Knowledge-based Economics, if leaders could successfully inspired employees' creativity performance, that will effectively improve their enterprise competence of product/service creativity. This study first discussed the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity performance. Moreover, this study discussed whether existing different moderating effect underlying transformational leadership and creativity performance in manufacture or service industry. Results showed that the positive affect had moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity performance in the service industry. Furthermore, the negative affect had moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity performance in the manufacture industry.
