宿舍環境對大學生宿舍生活適應之研究-以某學院為例

A Study on the Relationship between Dormitory's Environment and Students' Living Accommodations-A Study as Sample

摘要


國內的大學生在歷經升學競爭壓力後,各地高中畢業生想進入其理想的高等學府,首次離家,寄住在學生宿舍或是租賃住居校外,在宿舍裡缺乏父母照顧和管教的多元環境下,宿舍所提供的住宿生活和學習環境對大學生的發展是很重要。 本研究以北部某技術學院的住宿生為研究對象,採用問卷調查方式,使用統計軟體進行分析,發出問卷200份,回收率為87.5%,有效問卷161份,有效率為91.4%。 根據研究結果,得到下的結論: 一、身份別在學習適應有顯著差異,原住民學習意願低落會影響學生氛圍。 二、身份別在生活習慣有顯著差異,在住宿生活中最難適應有:作息時間不同、個性不同、個人衛生習慣與清潔。 三、學生情緒及情感適應會隨著住宿愈久愈有歸屬感,愈能自我管理情緒而認同宿舍文化。

To many college freshmen, living in dormitory or off-campus means handling different lifestyles for the first time. Comparing to previous family lifestyle, it doesn't have parent's supervision and newattractions come overwhelmingly. Dormitory's environment is important to studies and career developmentof students. This research investigated 200 students in a college at northern Taiwan by questionnaires. 87.5% returned and 161 valid among them. We concluded that: 1. Identity makes difference in learning adaptations and the low learning will of aboriginal students affects that of others. 2. Identity makes difference in habits such as stay-up and sleeping time, characters, sanitation behavior. 3. Long duration of dome life leads to reconciliation and self discipline emotionally and physically.
