高科技產品服務管理系統之設計研究-以仿真智慧型服務機器人為例

Design Research on Service Management System of New and High Technology Products-Mimetic Intelligent Service Robot as Example

摘要


本研究主要目的在以系統觀點設計仿真智慧型機器人服務管理機制,以提供高水準的服務工作。智慧型服務機器人是一種多功能的多軸全自動人形機械裝置,可透過電腦執行各項服務活動,更可結合人工智慧與感測技術的應用,提供人類在工作,生活、健康、安全、娛樂等方面的服務。智慧型服務機器人產業是高度技術整合、高關聯性且具有高附加價值的未來明星產業,其運用之範圍非常廣泛,應用層面除了工業用外,更擴展到服務業用,對國內整體經濟效益之提升極具重要地位。仿真智慧型機器人已研發至商品化實用階段,其量產上市,為人類提供服務指日可待,但如何使其有效發揮服務工作,則須仰賴系統工程之有效安排,本文提出一種可行之服務管理系統安排。

The goal of this design research is to design a new service management system for the newly developed mimetic intelligent robot. An intelligent service robot is one kind of multi-functional and multi-axis fully automated humanoid machine. It can provide human beings with many tasks, such as working, living, health, safety, amusement, etc., through computer controlled service actions. The intelligent robot industry is one highly technology integrated and high value added future star. In terms of the higher economical benefits in the industry of manufacturing as well as service the robot will play a dominant role in the future. The R&D of mimetic intelligent robot is now developed into the commercialization stage. The mass production and widely provided services to the mankind are expected soon. But the effective use of the intelligent service robot depends upon an effective arrangement of the system engineering. This paper suggests a feasible arrangement of robot service management system.
