創投公司認購訊號研究-以初級市場高科技公司為例

摘要


本研究之研究目的在了解高科技創投公司初級市場投資人之認購訊號,利用文獻歸納與專家問卷調查,歸納出台灣創投事業之認購訊號。本研究提出高科技創投公司初級市場投資人之認購訊號中,市場構面最易受到其他構面的影響,可做為觀察初級市場投資人認購訊號的果;而環境因素構面對市場構面的影響力最大,故環境因素構面為影響高科技創投公司初級市場投資人認購訊號的因,綜上所述被投資公司之市場構面越強,則高科技創投公司初級市場投資人之認購意願越強,而市場構面的強化則可藉由環境因素構面著手。

Goal of research on subscribe signal in the primary market and using the expert questionnaire survey and the measurement anatomic model operation, induces subscriber signal in the primary market, and analyzes recognizes its relatedness and the relative influence.This research by way of the DEMTEL analysis, discovered that subscriber signal in the primary market by the environmental factor ,the product and the operation and management facing the market most to have the influence, is biggest influence of the environmental factor, therefore thought that the environment factor have powerful influence on subscribes signal in the primary market.
