摘要

延續先前桌球運動員選材系列研究，本研究旨在探討國內桌球運動員之選材課題，採用質性研究之訪談方法，個案探索優秀青少年桌球選手江宏傑之成才背景與培育過程；選用「桌球三段技術指標評估記錄表」為研究工具，量化分析江宏傑選手之發球搶攻、接發球搶攻、相持對抗等三段技術表現情形；綜合定性與定量的研究資料後，歸納出以下結論：一、桌球運動前三板勝負關鍵由發球搶攻和接發球得分率所主宰；來回相持球對抗於雙方勢均力敵時考驗選手抗壓性和基本功。二、運用攝影蒐集不同戰型打法，分析對手的優缺點及技戰術，已成為克敵制勝有效途徑。三、桌球運動發展趨勢走向技術多樣戰術多變，應付直、橫拍全能攻守打法已成為頂尖桌球運動員必備條件。四、優秀桌球運動員的科學選才、育才、成才，即選、訓、賽的整個過程，宜避免傳統教練經驗法則。

Continuing from previous study on selection series of Table Tennis Players, this research is to study the Talent Selection Issues on Table Tennis Player in Taiwan. This research has conducted the qualitative research in semi-structure interview method to study the background and nurturing process of the excellent table tennis player, Jiang Hung-Jeh. Here, Table Tennis 3-Stage Technique Indicator Evaluation Record is used as a tool of research to quantitatively analyze the sudden attack on service, sudden attack on receiving and the holding is to be used as indicators for future technical strengthening. After analyzing the qualitative and quantitative data, we have come to the following conclusion: 1. The winning in first 3 hits in table tennis competition is dominated by the scoring in sudden attack in service and receiving, and in holding confrontation; it relies on the renitence and basic training of player. 2. Collecting different patterns and skills with camera for analyzing the strength, weakness of the rivals and their skills is becoming the effective path of winning over competitors. 3. The development of playing table tennis is moving over to diversified techniques and variable tactics and the ability and skill in dealing with straight and backhand skill are already the basic capability of table tennis players. 4. The moderate to high load scientific training before competition reflect the physical functional status of players, which will help adjusting to peak of players competition ability and to reach high performance.
