國中教師文化資本、休閒參與及工作壓力之研究

A STUDY OF CULTURAL CAPITAL,LEISURE PARTICIPATION AND JOB STRESS OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討台中市國民中學教師文化資本、休閒參與及工作壓力之間相關性,以大台中地區國民中學教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣來選取27所學校,再以簡單隨機抽樣的方式,選取每校各9位教師為研究樣本,總計共發出243份問卷,有效問卷共計230份,有效問卷回收率為95%。施測後所得資料,使用SPSS統計軟體系統進行分析,資料分析方法包括內部一致性信度考驗、因素分析法、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、簡單線性迴歸分析等,其結果如下:一、台中市國中教師文化資本總量及工作壓力感受屬中低程度,休閒參與頻率偏低但參與種類多元,。二、台中市不同性別的國中教師擁有不同程度的文化資本量和工作壓力,不同職務有不同的休閒參與度,而不同教育程度及任教科目會感受到不同程度的工作壓力。三、台中市國中教師文化資本對休閒參與有正向影響。根據本研究之結果,提供確切的具體數據及建議,以作為教育上與未來學術研究上之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation among cultural capital, leisure participation and job pressure of junior high school teachers in Taichung city. This study questionnaires those who teach in junior high schools in middle Taiwan. Picking up 27 schools at random, 9 teachers in each chosen school, we gave 243 copys and took all of them back. With 13 copys vain, we used 230 for SPSS analysis. The results are as follows: 1.The cultural capital of junior high school teachers in Taichung city and the feeling of job pressure are on low level, the frequency of leisure participation is low, but the types are diverse. 2. Different genders of teachers have different degrees of cultural capital. Different working positions of teachers have different leisure participation. Different education levels and teaching subjects, they have got different degrees of job pressure. 3. Cultural capital has a positive impact on leisure participation.
