國民中學校長工作壓力、休閒因應與幸福感關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中校長的工作壓力,進一步瞭解國民中學校長如何透過休閒因應來紓解壓力,並促進身心健康,增加個人幸福感。 依據研究動機與目的,本研究採用專家問卷調查法與半結構訪談法,編製「國民中學校長工作壓力、休閒因應與幸福感關係研究調查問卷」及「國中校長工作壓力、休閒因應與幸福感關係研究訪談大綱」,以臺灣地區15位公立國民中學現職校長為對象,蒐集的資料運用模糊統計,專家一致性分析、相關分析、模糊迴歸模式、模糊數差異檢定以及質性資料,進行分析與討論並歸納整理出以下四點結論: 一、專家校長對國中校長工作壓力、休閒因應與幸福感的看法具有共識性。 二、國中校長以公共關係與內部壓力、休閒因應信念與休閒調適結果,以及情緒表現與身心健康的相關性最高。 三、國中校長工作壓力對幸福感為負向影響,但休閒因應對幸福感的重要性高於工作壓力對幸福感的重要性。 四、不同婚姻狀況、服務年資、學校規模、學校位置在國中校長對減少工作壓力與改善休閒因應方案增進幸福感未達顯著差異。 依據上述之研究結果提出具體建議,提供教育行政機關與國民中學校長及後續研究之依據與參考。

This study aims to explore the job stress of junior high school principals, and to further understand how junior high school principals can relieve stress through leisure coping. Therefore, they can promote both physical and mental health, and increase personal well-being through leisure coping. Based on research motivation and purpose, this study adopts expert questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview to compile the "Research Questionnaire on Relationships between Job Stress, Leisure Coping and Well-being for Junior High School Principals" and "The Research Interview Outline on Relationships between Job Stress, Leisure Coping and Well-being of Junior High School Principals" . 15 current principals of public junior high schools in Taiwan were interviewed. Fuzzy statistics, expert agreement analysis, correlation analysis, fuzzy regression model, fuzzy number difference verification and qualitative data were adopted to analyze and discuss the collected data. The research conclusions were summarized as follow: 1. The expert principals had a consensus on the job stress, leisure coping and well-being of junior high school principals. 2. The junior high school principals presented the highest correlation between public relations and internal pressure, leisure coping beliefs and leisure adjustment results, as well as emotional performance and physical and mental health. 3. Job stress of junior high school principals had a negative impact on well-being, but leisure coping was more important than job stress on well-being. 4. Different marital status, years of service, school size, and school location for junior high school principals had no significant differences in reducing job stress and improving leisure coping programs to increase well-being. According to the above research results, specific suggestions are made to provide the basis and reference for educational authorities, junior high school principals, and follow-up research.
