The purpose of this study was to understand the sports coach's work values and compare the differences between different demographic variables on work values. Subjects of the study were 204 participants at the Formosa Sports Coach Association. Data were analyzed by Description analysis, Factor analysis, T-Test, and One-Way Analysis of Variance. The results showed: (1) There was no significant difference between gender and function of office on entire work values each subscale. (2) There was a significant difference between seniority and schools of scope on work values.
