國中籃球教練工作價值觀與工作投入關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Work Values and Job Involvement for Basketball Coaches in Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中籃球教練工作價值觀與工作投入之現況與關係,採用自編之「國中籃球教練工作價值觀與工作投入關係之調查問卷」爲研究工具,以96學年度參加教育部主辦「國民中學籃球聯賽」之籃球教練爲研究對象,共發出研究問卷350份,回收有效問卷328份,有效問卷回收率爲93.71%,所得資料經統計分析後,結果發現:國中籃球教練所抱持之工作價值觀爲中高程度,最重視四項工作價值觀構面中之「成就聲望」;國中籃球教練之工作投入屬於中高程度,在五項工作投入構面中以「工作專注」之投入程度最高。國中籃球教練背景變項之性別、學歷與聘任方式,在工作價值觀之部分構面有顯著差異;國中籃球教練背景變項之年齡與聘任方式,在工作投入之部分構面有顯著差異;國中籃球教練之工作價值觀與工作投入有顯著正相關,且國中籃球教練工作價值觀各構面對於整體工作投入具有預測力。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of basketball coaches' work values and job involvement in junior high schools, and analyze the relationship between them. This study employed the survey method. Three hundred and fifty basketball coaches who joined the Junior High School Basketball League in 2007 were selected as samples, with the return of 328 questionnaires. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 93.71% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods. Results indicated that basketball coaches feel that their work values are at upper middle level, and ”Achievement' has the highest recognition level. Basketball coaches feel that their job involvement is at upper middle level, and ”Concentration” has the highest recognition level. There are significant differences in basketball coaches' work values for the variables of gender, education levels and patterns of employment. There are significant differences in basketball coaches' job involvement for the variables of age and patterns of employment. There is a significant positive relationship between basketball coaches' work values and job involvement. Some parts of basketball coaches' work values have significant predictability on basketball coaches' job involvement.
