中等學校體育組學習型組織文化量表之編製

The Development of the Learning Organizational Culture Scale for Middle School Physical Education Sector

摘要


本研究將依據學習型組織文化的理論建構學校體育組學習型組織文化模式,以結構方程模式(SEM)統計方法學中的「驗證式因素分析」,進行模式驗證,企圖建立一套有信效度的學校體育組學習型組織文化量表。研究對象為台灣省之國高中體育教師,有效問卷192份。研究結果顯示學校體育組學習型組織文化模式是一個具有六個因素的一階斜交模式,包含知識分享與溝通、經營管理支持、深度對談、知識社群、共享價值、合作等六個因素,經對「多因素斜交模式」做模式內在結構適配的評鑑顯示該模式具有合理的聚合效度、區別效度及良好的信度。因此,本研究結果顯示學校體育組學習型組織文化量表的因素結構可以成立。

This study was to construct learning organizational culture scale by means of the theories of organizational culture for middle school physical education sector. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to examine the proposed model to establish the reliability and validity of the scale. 192 valid questionnaires were collected. The model of learning organizational culture included six factors: knowledge sharing and communication, management support, deep dialogue, knowledge community, shared value, cooperation. The results showed that the model had an acceptable fitting and also had convergent validity, discriminant validity, and good reliability.
