摘要

本研究目的為探討不同人員背景變項對工作壓力、身心健康狀態之差異及相關影響。以馬偕紀念醫院臺東分院醫事放射師為研究對象，採用醫事放射師工作壓力、身心健康二部份問卷，有效問卷19份，回收率為100%。以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析。結果發現：（1）醫事放射師工作壓力處於輕度至中度壓力範圍內，身心健康狀況處於普通至好之間。（2）不同個人背景之年齡、子女人數、服務年資、職位、科別及收入皆會影響工作壓力。（3）不同個人背景中之年齡、子女數、服務年資、職位、班別及收入會影響身心健康。（4）工作壓力與身心健康呈顯著正相關，即顯示整體工作壓力越多，對身體健康、心理健康、社會適應及整體身心健康越差。

This study to investigate the differences in the health status of different people and related background variables affect the work pressure. To Mackay Memorial Hospital, Taitung Branch medical radiologists as the research object the use of medical radiologists work pressure, mental health questionnaires two parts, 19 valid questionnaires; the recovery rate is 100%. Independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation and other statistical data analysis methods. The results showed that: (1) medical radiologists working pressure in mild to medium pressure within the range of physical and mental health in ordinary to good between. (2) Different personal background of the age, number of children, years of service, positions, and income subject will influence the work pressure. (3) Different personal background of the age, number of children, years of service, position, rank and income do not affect the physical and mental health. (4) Work pressure and physical and mental health was a significant positive correlation is displayed more overall work stress, physical health, mental health, social adjustment, and poorer overall physical and mental health.
